The Director, Product  will help lead the team that supports the future and vision of the Rx team. This role will work with the sales teams and our C-level leaders to advance solutions for our members.


  • Own the vision and execution for Rally Rx product, driving product expansion, strategy, roadmap, and business model
  • Leverage a keen understanding of market and consumer needs and trends to inform the roadmap, executing user interviews and market research to do so
  • Provide hands-on leadership to Sr. Product Managers and Product Managers
  • Reports directly to the VP of Product and coordinates with other senior product leaders to establish and execute a comprehensive vision and strategy
  • Establish and analyze metrics of user behavior to help make product decisions
  • Build and drive a strong product culture which understands the importance of continuous and rapid testing and learning
  • Identify partners and business opportunities that will improve the product offering
  • Guide product design and development for both web and mobile app feature sets


  • BA is required, MBA is preferred
  • 8+ years in software product management with 5+ years in consumer facing products required
  • 4+ years of experience working with C level leadership in a strategic capacity
  • 5+ years of experience working with external B2B customers
  • Prior experience in the pharmacy and/or healthcare industry preferred
  • Deeply analytical and data-driven in approach to product strategy and execution
  • Experience hiring and leading a team of 3+ product managers
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies is required
  • Familiarity with JIRA is beneficial
  • Strong user experience sensibilities
