  • Own the vision and execution for Rally Rx product, driving product expansion, strategy, roadmap, and business model
  • Leverage a keen understanding of market, consumer, and customer needs and trends to inform the roadmap, executing user interviews and market research to do so
  • Provide hands-on leadership to Sr. Product Managers and Product Managers
  • Reports directly to the VP of Product and coordinates with other senior product leaders to establish and execute a comprehensive vision and strategy
  • Establish and analyze metrics of user behavior to drive make product decisions
  • Build and drive a strong product culture which understands the importance of continuous and rapid testing and learning
  • Identify partners and business opportunities that will improve the product offering
  • Guide product design and development for both web and mobile app feature sets
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, finance, design, program management, legal, and other internal teams as well as external data integration partners to execute your roadmap




  • 8+ years in software product management with 5+ years in consumer-facing products
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA nice-to-have, as is a focus in Computer Science and/or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience working with external B2B customers
  • Prior experience in the pharmacy and/or healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience with both web and mobile application development preferred
  • Experience hiring and leading a team of 3+ product managers
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies is required
  • Familiarity with JIRA is beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities – must be able to clearly communicate data insights to colleagues and partners
  • Strong user experience sensibilities  
  • High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; qualified candidate should bring a “Feature CEO” mentality every week
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
