Working in Rally Health's dynamic HR Operations team, you'll partner with several core organizations and leaders. The team is known for working hard, laughing, and having a lot of fun all while focusing on our mission to help people live healthier lives.

About the Role

As a Senior HRIS Business Analyst, you will assist in the design, implementation and administration of the ADP Workforce Now HR/Payroll and Reporting framework. You will function within the HRIS team as the ADP SME and help lead testing initiatives for new ADP functionality and overall systems integration. Partnering with IT and internal HR resources, you will work on automation efforts across the enterprise and function as the testing lead for such efforts. You will help secure ADP by functioning as Security Admin and will assist with assigning user administrator roles while establishing appropriate audit controls.

You will partner with internal HR team and business leaders to design recurring employee reports on talent and performance by encompassing metrics important to all stakeholders. You will also aggregate scorecard data at team level, function level and overall business level, and provide reporting using macros and automation. You will be tasked with building a weekly total business summary update for internal HR and external reporting requirements. You must demonstrate a strong knowledge of concepts such as data integrity, normalization and relationships (primary key relationships, foreign relationships, one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many) and create logical and traceable reporting designs. You must be able to take raw records of data and translate these in to meaningful stories aimed at supporting business decisions.

You will be responsible for generating reports for Human Capital, Talent Acquisition plus other internal/external customers through use of MS Excel, Tableau, and other reporting tools. You will coordinate with various internal units to gather information from these sources, verify data, analyze and prepare operations scorecards and weekly/monthly dashboards of HR metrics and performance.

  • Able to multitask and juggle multiple projects and competing priorities
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within the HR function
  • 5+ years of data analytics experience in a high-growth or tech environment a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Top-notch analytical and organizational skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies
  • Advanced Excel skills are necessary for success, as are PowerPoint skills to illustrate and convey complex information in clear and simple formats
  • Experience with ADP (Workforce Now experience) is a plus
