Marketing Project Manager

Rally Health is seeking a Project Manager with proven project management experience to join its brand marketing team. We’re looking for someone to help us keep projects on track from kickoff to completion and deliver best in class marketing programs and campaigns. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for managing the progress of email, creative, events, brand campaigns, and website development.

You will have strong project management experience and be comfortable with managing cross-functional relationships to ensure timely and flawless execution of projects. You will also have experience in working with agencies, vendors, and partners.


  • Manage projects from kick off to end, define schedules, identify potential gaps and blockers, and work with partners to move projects forward
  • Work closely with the email marketing team to manage email requests, assign jobs, manage workload, and manage projects to final delivery
  • Support brand, email, and events operations
  • Closely manage and effectively communicate project status

  • You have 4+ years experience of successful project management (marketing, healthcare, or software development setting highly desirable)
  • You have the ability to manage and communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to partners and leadership in a timely manner
  • You are excited to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic environment managing various partners
  • You are a strong multi-tasker, able to run multiple competing priorities at a time
  • You can collaborate and manage timelines with partners (Marketing, Creative, Legal, B2B Marketing, PR, Sales, Finance, Partnerships, Content and Community teams), ensuring that their needs are met and goals achieved
  • You are able to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines, and cope with changes
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • Experience with email campaign planning and execution progress is a plus
  • Knowledge in using Jira a plus
