The Vice President of Client Management is a senior member of the Rally Health growth team. You will ultimately be accountable for representing Rally to our employer clients. At a high level, success will depend on your ability to drive satisfaction and growth within our existing client base while at the same time representing Rally's interests in the market. In addition to driving success for ourselves, our clients and our partners, we expect you to significantly improve the team's effectiveness, efficiency and scalability. As Rally grows and our client base expands, you will be accountable to make sure that our client management function adjusts accordingly to meet market, financial and strategic demands.
Accountabilities include:
  • - Management and administration of the client management team
  • - Expansion of client relationships as judge by revenue, product penetration and client retention
  • - Improve the consistency, scale, effectiveness and efficiency of our team by addressing people, process and technology opportunities
  • - Relationship management and coordination with our channel partners including UHC and Optum
  • - Representation of our clients and the overall market to key partners within Rally, Optum and UHG
  • - Partnership related to the admonition of a client NPS program including score improvement strategies and execution
Desired Attributes:
  • - At least 8 years of health care experience with a significant focus on employers
  • - At least 5 years of experience leading teams of client mangers or sales professionals
