The Rally Health IT team works with teammates from all over the country supporting computers, applications, and related technology. They also assist in the maintenance and testing of networks, servers, and conference room equipment. IT Support Specialists support and collaborate with facilities staff and security to ensure that critical projects and business functionality are maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Check the ticket queue to ensure that new and outstanding requests are appropriately assigned and prioritized
  • Liaise directly with and support the Security, Compliance, and Networking teams
  • Assist end users with troubleshooting of network and WiFi related issues
  • Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop and laptop computers, peripheral equipment, and software
  • Work with support contacts to resolve technical problems with the computing equipment and/or software
  • Develop documentation and identify inconsistencies/issues with our existing processes
  • Identify and own initiatives and projects for improving the IT standards within the department and across the company
  • Maintain a high standard of quality for conference room audio-visual equipment

Qualifications:

  • You are customer service oriented at heart and love putting a smile on your colleagues’ faces
  • You have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • You have professional experience supporting Apple and Windows computers
  • “Active Directory” and “Asset Management” are not alien terms to you
  • You have experience with at least some of the following: Atlassian products (Jira, Wiki, HipChat), Meraki Apps and firewalls, AV hardware (Polycom, Chromeboxes, etc), administering GSuite, JAMF, Desktop Central, Revation, 8x8, Office 365, SharePoint, Five9, Genesys
  • You are confident and get stuff done - multi-tasking skills are a necessity
  • You are self-motivated and enjoy identifying and owning tasks, projects, leadership-type roles
  • You are organized and can take (and read, and follow) notes
  • Your written and spoken interpersonal skills are on point
  • You never say “that’s not my job” or “that’s impossible”
  • Troubleshooting is an adventure
  • You’re the best *wait for it* around (but totally humble about it)
