Senior Manager, Workforce Management

We’re looking for a leader with a workforce management, finance and/or operations background to lead Workforce strategy for our Clinical operations team.   • Identify and implement sustainable solutions to improve member management and optimal staffing through research and analysis of data and business process
  • Advise on strategic direction to manage and build the workforce to support service delivery of current and future Rally products
  • Consult on staffing performance measures and metrics
  • Provide leadership for strategic initiatives, projects and programs
  • Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
  • Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in workforce management or workforce planning or in operations leadership
  • 8-10 years experience managing people
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, time management and team building skills
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic, high-energy and willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
  • A strong understanding of finance principles and concepts
  • Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with workforce planning software packages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background working for a healthcare company and/or in a service-based industry
  • MBA
