Process Analyst - Clinical Operations

The Process Analyst - Clinical Operations works with internal partners to create efficient and easy to follow processes used by our clinical team to do their work every day. This important role keeps the consumer impact top of mind to allow our experienced staff to focus on helping the people that come to us to improve their overall health and wellness. The Process Analyst has the creativity and business insight to identify opportunities, and suggest solutions to continuously improve the efficiency and efficacy of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and work with partners to identify solutions and aim to on-time delivery
  • Responsible for driving process efficiencies, seeking out resources needed for issue resolution and attaining operational excellence
  • Collect and analyze data in support of continuous improvement
  • Create and edit technical/process documents, workflows, and job aids
  • Become an expert in how our staff leverages Salesforce Service Cloud & Health Cloud, and partner internally to find creative solutions to business problems leveraging the platform.
  • Be actively involved in new and existing client or product modifications and process implementation
  • Ensure resolution of technical problems and enhancement requests for internal systems through partnership with technical teams
  • Perform process analysis on established operational processes to find efficiencies and improvements
  • Partner and strategize across operational teams to minimize seams in the member experience
  • Handle all relationships necessary for successful process implementation

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal, time management and team building skills
  • Minimum of 2 years in operations or process management
  • 1+ year experience utilizing continuous improvement methodologies in a corporate environment in order to observe, analyze, implement process improvements
  • 1+ year of experience in analyzing data to identify efficiencies, provide feedback and recommendations to reduce errors and improve processes and performance
  • Be able to understand and map complex business processes that cross many functional units
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic, high-energy and willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
  • Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning and ideally Health Cloud)
  • Background working for a healthcare company and/or in a clinical field is desired
  • Project Management experience and / or with Six Sigma tools
  • Intermediate skills in MS Visio or Lucidchart
