Client Implementation Specialist (Payer)

We are looking for a strong contributor that will work with internal with Rally clients and project managers to handle the implementation of new health payers for Rally Health. Implementation will result in the ability of our organization to submit provider insurance claims.


  • As we add health payers to partner with Rally Health, you will work on the important implementation process
  • You will present requirements and operational process to health payers and external clients to ensure appropriate payment readiness resulting in ability to submit health insurance claims
  • You will communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to partners and leadership, ensuring it is done in a timely manner
  • You will build positive relationships with our valued clients and partners
  • Craft supporting collateral to use with sales and internal teams
  • Demonstrates innovation in problem solving and strong team building skills
  • You will run matrixed resources to ensure that work items are completed within committed delivery timeframe, defined scope and integrated with other dependent projects
  • You will provide project and relationship management along with an operations mindset


  • You should have basic understanding of physician revenue cycle process, insurance billing terms and relevant reimbursement metrics is essential
  • Experience with health payer operations including understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding
  • Client facing presentation skills and relevant client facing project delivery experience
  • Ability to handle multiple contending priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Background working for a healthcare company is important
