Rally Health’s IT Integration Engineer is responsible for the integration, extraction, import, and transformation of data between various SaaS systems and internally-facing applications. You will develop automation to streamline system administration and support functions. You will identify trends and patterns with data from client devices, network devices, and SaaS applications to support the rapid growth of Rally. You will generate insights that feed directly into Rally's IT and Security business decisions.


  • You will be creating data pipelines between business systems, automating IT workflows, and building internally facing web tools.
  • We are looking for motivated, self driven engineers who own their features. You will work closely with IT to understand the features, do technical assessment, design, code, test, and deliver.
  • You should be passionate about automating the software delivery process: build, test, and deploy.


  • You have experience integrating with third party APIs, and understand them in various formats
  • You have previous working experience and have delivered projects on your own with Python
  • You have built and maintained cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar) using modern automation tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation etc.)
  • Experience working at a SaaS or other software company would be a plus
  • You are an enthusiastic self-starter with a results-oriented approach
