Are you experienced in managing both internal and client stakeholders to deliver product roadmap? Do you enjoy both building and managing a plan while also understanding how your product works? Do you want to be a part of building products that are used every day by tens of millions of people when they are making healthcare decisions? As a Portfolio Manager at Rally you will actively support the development and execution of the product roadmap.


  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a level of understanding of the product to be able to work independently with clients/partners; Acts as a product SME for clients/partners
  • Portfolio Management: Manage the high-level view of the entire product life cycle for a set of products.
  • Product Definition Support: Work on defining initiatives before they are ready to be implemented;
  • Dependency Identification: Support product and engineering leads by identifying both internal and external cross functional dependencies and support activities to align roadmaps across Rally and its’ partners.
  • Partner Intake: Develop and maintain the intake filter to the product execution roadmap from external sources.
  • Quarterly Cadence: Management of quarterly product activities specifically around channel enablement, future sales preparation, and other product specific activities.


  • 5+ years of experience working managing projects or roadmaps
  • Proven track record working with internal and external teams to deliver products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired as is bringing customer oriented products to market
  • High attention to detail including ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
