You are a seasoned marketing professional looking to use your expertise to help consumers better navigate the healthcare industry. You want to help lead, build, and execute on our various marketing programs using strategy, analytics and technology to get results. This role will work with the marketing team, product owners, and other partners, focused on creating and delivering solutions that are meaningful, engaging, impactful, and outcome driven. The role is responsible for collaborating with a team to define customer journeys, enable digital brand experiences, identify technical and data requirements for implementation and testing, as well as ongoing measurement and optimization. You will be strategic, tactical and influential. You should also have experience in building, managing and leading cross-functional teams.


  • Partner as needed to develop and implement various acquisition, conversion and engagement marketing and operational strategies
  • Ability to build solutions presented to various teams; hands-on and technology focused
  • Work cross-functionally and/or with partners to identify, execute and optimize marketing automation and digital marketing initiatives from concept to measurement
  • Manage website, marketing automation and as needed, other digital initiative strategy, promotion and executions
  • Analyzing behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution to interpret trends for strategic conversations that drive business goals
  • Drive department goals through discovery, implementation and utilization of new and improved marketing technology tools


  • Bachelor’s degree: preferably with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or Communications - post-graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant marketing, CRM, social, digital, or marketing automation roles
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, website management, HTML, CSS and Craft experience preferred. Knowledge of API protocols and marketing automation use of Ampscript, SQL queries a plus.
  • Experience with digital tracking to prove effectiveness of Marketing campaigns. Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytics practices - Tableau experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of standard methodologies for core digital channels including website, email, mobile, social media, SEO, SEM, display, and native advertising.
  • Experience with A/B test strategies, multivariate test strategies, and test planning.
  • 2+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience working in B2B environment
  • Proven ability to take from ideations to implementation
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Strong project management and relationship management skills with incredible attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust, fostering collaboration and driving timelines with all partners (Marketing, Product, Data, Creative, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Content teams), ensuring that their needs are met and goals are achieved
  • Core skills/attributes include: driven, tech-savvy, learner, problem-solving, eye for business, critical thinking, results-focused, good communication, relationships oriented, open-minded, comfortable with shifting gears, collaborative in working with other business functions and proven ability to navigate large matrixed organizations
