Rally Health is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our growing team of recruiting professionals. Our Talent Acquisition team plays an essential role in fueling Rally’s growth with exceptional talent, and we need help finding and attracting the top talent in the technical and non-technical marketplace throughout most of the US. You will be expected to help build an ongoing candidate pipeline through strategic research, company targeting, networking and online database searches. There is a high focus on creative sourcing, identifying active and passive candidates, generating marketplace knowledge, and developing a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a search expert by understanding functional hiring needs, position specification and product and technology requirements
  • Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
  • Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
  • Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications
  • Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal partners
  • Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
  • Participate in sourcing projects/recruiting initiatives including, but not limited to, meet-ups and tech events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience
  • Versed in Boolean logic or similar training
  • Hands-on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience (Greenhouse preferred)
  • CRM experience (+1 for ZenSourcer)
  • You are a stand out teammate with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives
  • Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
  • You seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates
  • Flexibility and willing to support multiple functions and business units
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are important to this position
