Rally Health is seeking a Marketing Project Manager with proven project delivery experience to join its high-performing B2B marketing team.

We’re looking for someone to help us keep projects on track and manage overall team performance. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for managing the progress of a lot of campaign related Jira tickets for creative development, analytics and product configuration. Beyond that, you’ll play a key role in managing the performance management program for B2B and B2B2C campaigns.


  • Lead day-to-day project timeline for B2B and B2B2C campaigns
  • Track campaign performance with help from our marketing analyst
  • Deliver weekly and monthly campaign results
  • Help marketing managers understand what is working and what is not, and how we can improve results
  • Manage day-to-day team meeting agendas and follow through

  • 4+ years experience of successful project management (marketing, healthcare or software development setting highly desirable)
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and QA resources
  • Experience managing the delivering of content and creative for marketing campaigns
  • Manage multiple competing priorities at one time
  • Develop project plans, schedule and work breakdown structure for projects as needed
  • Communicates campaign status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to partners and leadership in a timely manner
  • Develop and communicate metrics for each campaign, and across campaigns to continually improve and demonstrate results to customers
  • Maintain tracking documentation and provides status reports to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
  • Experience partnering with large healthcare entities
  • Experience with current and emerging web and mobile technologies
