Rally Health is looking for a Senior Client Quality Assurance (CQA) Analyst to join our high performing team of analysts in driving the QA testing of configured client experiences. This is a client-facing position working with clients to test configurations built in a highly scalable web based system from the ground up...the right way.


As a Senior CQA Analyst, you will perform testing of platform & system integration, web services and configuration modules in a fast-growing system architecture. You will also test integration endpoints typically found in inbound and outbound API and SSO connections. Are you highly creative in testing strategies?   • B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other equivalent
  • Client-facing or end-user interaction and teamwork
  • UAT experience is a MUST-HAVE
  • The ability to cross communicate with both the technical team, executives and external partners and clients is a requirement
  • 5+ years of industry experience as a QA professional with a background in functional, integration and regression testing of web applications with at least 4 years being client-facing
  • Understand and execute defect triage (ensure tickets reported are actual defects by revising functional requirements and/or consulting with product owner/functional QA, prioritize based on severity and sprint impact)
  • API and SSO testing experience
  • Hands on experience with developing automation frameworks
  • Experience in participating in peer reviews and crafting test plans/test cases
  • Experience with collecting and reporting metrics
  • Demonstrable experience in Cross Browser compatibility testing
  • Being able to multitask between different applications and situations depending on delivery dates
  • Able to work with internal product feature teams and their QA analysts
  • Capture requirements and develop test cases from informal requirements
  • Report the status to executive partners, identify risks to schedule and provide gap analyses
  • Committed attention to detail


Experience with the following tools preferred:

  • Atlassian (JIRA, WIKI, etc.)
  • Salesforce
  • TestRail
  • Selenium WebDriver
  • Jenkins, GITHUB


Other Preferred:

  • Healthcare Industry experience
  • Experience with HIPAA Benefits Enrollment testing
  • Experience in executing Database queries
