Are you passionate about using your product management talents to make health care easy to navigate? Are you a product manager that enjoys the challenge of getting both the user experience and the platform that drives it right? The Senior Product Manager role will be responsible for rapidly growing Rally’s platform for personalization, which drives targeted content and recommendations throughout the Rally experience. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to roadmap definition, planning & prioritization, writing requirements & detailed user stories, setting the agenda for developing impactful content, promoting platform capabilities internally and externally.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will engage with our outstanding product team to deliver on our goal of helping people get the right healthcare at the right price.
  • Own the execution of your set of product features
  • Define detailed platform requirements and user stories
  • Partner with engineering and various internal teams (including colleagues in Product, Client Delivery, XD, Program Management, Legal) for successful and on schedule delivery of roadmap items on your set of product features
  • Train and communicate platform features and value to internal and external partners
  • You will contribute to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn
  • You will build strong partner relationships and perform industry research
  • You'll improve the Rally products by identifying partners and business opportunities


  • 3+ years of experience working in a Product management role (on consumer facing products)
  • 2+ years of experience working with health care incentives rules engines
  • Bachelor's degree required (M.B.A. and background with Computer Science preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the concept creation, technical development, and launch of consumer facing products
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous product innovation
  • 2+ years with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies
  • Familiarity with JIRA is a plus
  • Possess a strong with attention to detail including shown ability to handle multiple, competing priorities at a time
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities – you should be able to clearly communicate data insights to colleagues and partners
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; bring a “Feature CEO” mentality every week
  • Proven strength understanding and discussing technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
  • Think strategically and execute methodically
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
