Rally is hiring both Product Managers and Senior Product Managers. We are ideally looking for you to be based out of following offices: Washington DC, San Francisco, Chicago or Minneapolis.=

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product team to build and define product strategy
  • You will work with Product and XD on Rally Connect user experience, lead and own overall execution of your specified set of features
  • Collaboration with marketing, engineering, finance, design, program management, legal and other internal teams to strategize and execute on your set of product features
  • Be responsible for the development team’s priorities associated with Care team
  • Lead and own overall execution of your set of product features
  • Contribute to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn
  • Stay on top of all meaningful health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings
  • Identify partners and business opportunities that will improve the Rally product offering

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience working with consumers in a Product management role
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ working with health care incentives rules engines
  • Bachelor's degree required, M.B.A. and background with Computer Science is nice-to-have
  • Consistent track record of successfully leading the concept creation, technical development, and launch of consumer facing products
  • Confirmed ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on continuous product innovation
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies a requirement
  • Familiarity with JIRA is a bonus
  • You are strong with attention to detail including validated ability to run multiple, challenging priorities at a time
  • You have ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities – you should be able to clearly communicate data insights to colleagues and partners
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; you should bring a “Feature CEO” mentality every week
  • Demonstrate ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
