Productivity zealots, creative masterminds and self-proclaimed organization experts, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our team. In this fast-paced role and environment, the Executive Assistant would work directly with 3 of our most energetic and passionate executives. Intrigued, are you? Read on.

The ideal individual will have the drive to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and manage projects to completion. Whether challenges come in the form of complex meetings to planning an exceptional off-site experience, you’re ready to execute with grace, speed, and accuracy.

No JD can list the myriad of tasks on an Executive Assistant’s plate at any given time without it extending for pages, so below is but a snapshot of what your day to day responsibilities will be:


  • Provide strategic administrative support from calendar management to travel arrangements to expenses
  • Collaborate with department team member with complex internal and/or external meetings
  • Facilitate effective meetings by preparing the agenda to tracking and driving completion of key deliverables
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to manage communications, presentations and other documentation
  • Partner and build relationships with stakeholders and external partners to successfully manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Organize engineering events including off-sites, hackathons, team bonding events and meet-ups.

We’ve covered what you’ll do and now onto who you are. You have a(n):

  • BA/BS degree with 2+ years of direct EA experience to a C-level Executive
  • Mastery and ability to use Google Apps creatively to keep the team organized
  • Ability to exercise judgement and maintain highest levels of confidentiality
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of our executives and be proactive in providing solutions.
  • Willingness to work beyond traditional work hours to support administrative needs, as needed
  • Self motivation to grow and excel in whatever you’re tackling
  • Have a growth mindset and can adapt to feedback swiftly
  • Willingness to voice solutions for improvements you’d like to address proactively
  • Strong written skills and the ability to communication and present information
  • Would add ability to present information clearly as a big plus
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
