Rally Health is looking for an experienced, tech-savvy, and solutions-driven HRIS Analyst to join our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, know how to easily partner with all levels of employees, get excited about challenging and rewarding work and have no qualms when it comes to “rolling up their sleeves” to join in the fun..


The HRIS Analyst will support the business to ensure that HR processes, workflows and data integrity are optimized across all HR systems. This position serves as an IT liaison for functional HR needs, system testing, process improvements to include workflows and reporting. The role is also responsible for the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our HRIS system.

  • Work directly with key stakeholders, ie. Payroll & Benefits to ensure information is entered into system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain audit procedures to ensure data integrity.
  • Responsible for monitoring workflows, proactively implementing changes and building enhancements for new functionality and system capabilities
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting and upgrades to HR systems.
  • Share strategic and operational responsibility for the design, generation, and delivery of HR reporting, metrics, and analytics
  • Perform data updates, exports and imports into system
  • Respond and prioritize ad hoc data requests
  • Support members of the HR Ops team with special projects



  • From an accredited institution; Bachelor’s degree preferred


Work Experience

  • 5+ years experience in HRIS, or a combination of HR and HRIS experience
  • ADP experience is a plus



  • Excellent technical aptitude
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (include pivot tables, functions, Vlookup, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, and familiarity with HR operational workflows with a solid understanding in one or more of the following areas: payroll, compensation, benefits, job classifications, performance, and position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Handle multiple changing business priorities with calm and ease
  • Excellent customer service orientation, welcoming and helpful, while focusing on continuous improvement
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations
  • Self-starter with curiosity, initiative and the confidence to find solutions to problems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management skills
  • Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters
