As the Rally Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day service delivery for Rally clients and partners. The Rally Client Support Manager acts as an outward facing resource, but also works closely with internal teams on customer issue resolution, operations support, and generalized platform troubleshooting and Q&A, while also gathering and providing product and service feedback into Rally’s Voice of the Customer program.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day service delivery for Rally partners and clients
  • Ownership of end-to-end customer issue resolution; including any associated client communication
  • Partners with cross-functional Rally teams to quickly address client needs
  • Cultivates deep understanding of Rally platform in order to quickly triage and identify systemic issues and respond appropriately
  • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years client management or related experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on requirements interpretation
  • Business minded with strong client engagement skills
  • BS/BA degree in related field or healthcare preferred 
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred but not required
