As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide a variety of support functions for our Alliance Sales team. You will perform prospect and market research and coordinate sales team activities. You will manage the adequacies of sales collateral, coordinate industry events, support the RFI, finalize the presentations for finalist and prospect meetings to ensure the team can meet established growth goals.

Event Coordination

  • Work with Events team and Director, Strategic Business Marketing to coordinate and execute B2B marketing events, including annual Rally Innovation Summit
  • Coordinate presence at industry events and assist with on-site logistics
  • Track budget for B2B events
  • Project manage XD team work prior to the event and coordinate post-event email campaigns
  • Prepare prep documents for the sales team to ensure they are aware of event details and have information about external attendees/prospects
  • Prepare briefing documents

Prospect Research

  • Various assignments to research both payer and provider prospects
  • Evaluate the potential of prospects based on our current product suite
  • Industry specific or related special projects to support sales strategies

Meeting Prep - Project Plans, Power Point Assistance, Stats

  • Assist sales reps in their meeting preparation by researching prospects in advance, helping prepare documents and/or powerpoint decks, tracking down answers internally, preparing project plans to track deliverables, etc.
  • Generate reports for Google Analytics

Coordination team activities

  • Plan agenda, travel, activities, and logistics for meetings, industry events, onsite and offsite meetings and Client/Prospect Promotional management
  • Evaluate new gift items for prospects and assist in branding the items
  • Help coordinate delivery of items to clients
  • Maintain inventory assets
  • Submit and manage related expense to budget

Team Support

  • Own all aspects of the weekly team meeting and follow up on action items
  • Assist in expense management
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings when multiple partners are involved
  • Run Sales Force reports, uploads, and lead generations
  • Establish and maintain an Alliance Sales team SharePoint.
  • Create documents, power points and agendas suitable for customer distribution
  • Management remote meeting pre and meeting day functions for support prospect and client meeting
  • Provide additional support when sales team members are traveling or out office including collaborating with prospects or coordinating with internal leads to respond to requests and handle ongoing activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Interest in Sales and Marketing
  • Microsoft PowerPoint Expertise
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using a Mac
  • Google Doc experience preferred
