Are you seeking an opportunity to develop your project management skills within a dynamic fast-paced, collaborative and deadline-oriented environment? Do you want to work directly with our clients as they implement new products?

As an Implementation Project Coordinator you would be part of our growing Enterprise Delivery team and we run the implementations. You will own specific functions within the implementation and you would work ongoing with the client management.

Your Role/Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead non-complex client implementations
  • Owning multiple project coordination and support processes within the Delivery team e.g. running and implementing client post-launch feature requests (includes campaigns, sweepstakes, challenges, and communities)
  • Manage the digital campaign library with stock content for client requests
  • Partner with the Enterprise Content team to develop client-facing content
  • Identify areas for internal process improvement with teams at Rally and create new workflows
  • Coordinate agendas for team meetings
  • Supporting one or more project managers within our team on specific projects
  • Manage and maintain the team’s Salesforce environment and incoming requests

Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-3 years experience of successful internal and client-facing project support
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Experience with current web and mobile technologies
