As a Product Analyst, your goal will be to will help craft our product’s vision, strategy and features to exceed members’ expectations and delight our clients. You will be working as a liaison between Product and Finance. We need you to partner closely with leadership from Real Appeal’s product team to deliver business projections for membership, activation, revenue, and other top line business goals. You will translate these projections into product development conceptualization and prioritization.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and assess inputs for key business goals, including membership, member activation, and program revenue
  • In collaboration with leads from the Finance, Sales, Marketing, Member Ops, and Activations teams to develop projections for our member funnel, from selling a client, registering a member, to realizing revenue in the program
  • Collaborate and partner with UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and Rally as needed to ensure alignment with organization-wide product plans and strategic priorities.
  • Act as a mediator between the business leaders and the financial teams - communicating business goals and projections to Sales, Operations, and Activation
  • Participate in planning and execution of product development discussions, from prioritization/ROI discussions to requirement building, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of finance, product, analytics, strategy, or other relevant experience, including some experience in corporate, technology, or healthcare environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven communication skills, including written, spoken, and presentation communications
  • Strong analytical abilities, including forecasting, enterprise modeling, and problem-solving
  • Experience working collaboratively at all levels and across business lines using influencing skills
  • Ability to maintain focus and a positive attitude in ambiguous or high pressure situations
  • Ability to develop partnerships and relationships in client-facing role, high EQ
  • Enthusiasm for Rally Health’s mission to help transform the healthcare industry
