Senior Client Quality Assurance (CQA) Analyst

Rally Health is  looking for a Senior Client Quality Assurance (CQA) Analyst to join our high performing team of analysts in driving the QA testing of configured client experiences.  This is a client-facing position working with clients to test configurations built in  a highly scalable web based system from the ground up...the right way.

 The Senior CQA Analyst will perform testing of platform & system integration, web services and configuration modules  in an expanding system architecture.  The Sr. CQA Analyst will also test integration endpoints typically found in inbound and outbound API and SSO connections.  This person is highly innovative in testing strategies, as there is a continuous need for original and forward thinking with respect to the evolving needs of the product and the clients.

Required Skills:

  • B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other equivalent
  • Client-facing or end-user interaction and collaboration UAT  experience is a MUST-HAVE
  • The ability to cross communicate with both the technical team, executive stakeholders, and external partners and clients is a MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of industry experience as a QA professional with a background in functional, integration and regression testing of web applications with at least 4 years being client-facing
  • Understand and execute defect triage (ensure tickets reported are actual defects by revising functional requirements and/or consulting with product owner/functional QA, prioritize based on severity and sprint impact)
  • API and SSO testing experience
  • Hands on experience with developing automation frameworks
  • Experience in participating in peer reviews and creating test plans/test cases
  • Experience with collecting and reporting metrics
  • Proven experience in Cross Browser compatibility testing
  • Being able to multitask between different applications and situations depending on delivery dates
  • Able to work with internal product feature teams and their QA analysts
  • The ability to gather requirements and develop test cases from informal requirements
  • The ability to report status to executive stakeholders, identify risks to schedule and provide gap analyses
  • Relentless attention to detail

Experience with the following tools preferred: 

  • Atlassian (JIRA, WIKI, etc.)
  • Salesforce
  • TestRail
  • Selenium WebDriver
  • Jenkins, GITHUB

 Other Preferred: 

  • Healthcare Industry experience
  • Experience with HIPAA Benefits Enrollment testing
  • Experience in executing Database queries
