The Product Manager for Devices is responsible for the end-to-end vision and execution of Rally’s platform device strategy. The role reports to the Director of Incentives. A qualified candidate should have a background in systems engineering and product software delivery.


  • Works with Product, Clinical, Coaching and Engineering teams to develop and lead the Rally Device platform
  • Works with XD to ensure quality user experience for device connection and syncing
  • Prioritizes and secures device integrations based on Product and Customer needs
  • Establishes future roadmap and vision/direction for new device and objective data assembling capabilities, and ensures connectivity supports all Rally Web and Mobile product offerings as needed
  • Coordinates across Product team to support ongoing product and market initiatives
  • Works with Client and Customer support to resolve reported issues and challenges
  • Work closely with Marketing, Program Management, Legal and other internal teams to execute and scale the Rally Device Platform
  • Lead the development team’s priorities associated with care and transparency work
  • Oversee and lead the overall execution of your set of product features
  • Contribute to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn
  • Stay on top of all relevant health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings
  • Identify partners and business opportunities that will enhance the Rally product offering


  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with consumer-facing products in a Product management role
  • Bachelor's degree required, M.B.A. and a background with Systems Engineering is nice-to-have
  • Consistent track record of successfully leading the concept creation, technical development, and launch of consumer-facing products
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on continuous product innovation
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies a requirement
  • Familiarity with JIRA is a bonus
  • Must be strong with attention to detail including proven ability to handle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities – must be able to clearly communicate data insights to colleagues and partners
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; qualified candidate should bring a “Feature CEO” mentality every week
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
