Senior Marketing Manager

San Francisco, CA

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the consumer marketing team at Rally Health.  In this role you will support various consumer marketing programs and campaigns, responsible for end-to-end campaign management from ideation, execution, to reporting.  

You will take part in strategic planning and execution of marketing programs that drive brand awareness to support overall marketing goals and key brand messages. This role requires a candidate with strong campaign management experience, including concepting, marketing asset development for various channels, video production, agency/vendor management, and KPI reporting. It’s important for the candidate to have experience collaborating with cross functional teams, agency and vendors.  The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for consumer marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced, “roll up your sleeves and get it done” environment.



  • Develop, execute and manage annual marketing campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with full Marketing Team, inclusive of Partner & Product, Consumer, Event, Email, Design and Content teams to develop integrated campaigns
  • Lead and own marketing campaigns from ideation through completion  
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including brand, sales, product, data & analytics, legal, finance and others on messaging strategy, content development, campaign execution and reporting
  • Forecast, analyze, optimize, and report on campaign performance
  • Attend and represent the brand at partner and/or client events



  • BA/BS degree
  • 7+ years experience managing consumer marketing campaigns and creative development
  • Understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels
  • Knowledge in media planning (e.g. digital, broadcast etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid experience managing complex projects and budgets
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines, and cope with changes
  • Desire to consistently optimize, bringing new ideas to the table – both strategic and executional
  • Willingness to singularly manage all aspects of a program
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Exercise good judgment, flexibility, resourcefulness, strong organizational/time management
  • Must be solutions oriented and willing to explore and invent new ideas
  • Ability to multitask and take the lead on several projects simultaneously


  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Lifestyle & Entertainment marketing experience is a plus
  • Travel:  30% +
