Director, Product

The Director, Product will support SVP of Product to shape the future and vision of the Real Appeal platform. This role solicits and incorporates feedback from internal stakeholders, employers, and members to design impactful experiences for our users. The main objective is to reduce any friction to members achieving their weight loss goals, while simultaneously providing a fun, engaging experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage communication and strategy around the main consumer touch points, including any updates to the digital platform, success kit, or messaging.
  • Define and execute new feature launches aimed at increasing consumer satisfaction and NPS.
  • Deliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over time.
  • Develop messaging and business strategies aimed at engaging active participants and increasing attendance.
  • Analyze member behavior, messaging, and survey data to provide important feedback back into the product and technology development cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 6 years of digital product experience, focused in consumer health & wellness and/or corporate environments; at least 2 years leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Solid communication skills, including written, spoken, and presentation communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working collaboratively at all levels and across business lines using influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / assignments and competing priorities
  • Ability to maintain focus and a positive attitude in ambiguous or high pressure situations
  • Professional demeanor, comfortable in client-facing role, high EQ
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment which requires creativity and self-motivation
  • Ability to travel up to 10% based on Business needs
