 Rally Health is looking for an experienced, solutions­ driven professional with a strong interest and experience in Client Activation and Implementation.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a team-player, and ready to work on solutions for our customers.

 In this role, you will:

  • Assess and interprets customer needs and requirements
  • Identifies solutions to non - standard requests and problems
  • Solves moderately complex problems and / or conducts moderately complex analyses
  • Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
  • Translates concepts into practice

The candidate who excels in this position will have an integral role in the Service Operations team and the company, with opportunities for career advancement.

Prior experience within the healthcare industry is highly desired and prior experience with startups, while not necessary, is a bonus.

This role will be based out of our Minneapolis, MN location


Required experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • 3+ years of experience in a Client Facing role
  • Experience working on end to end projects
  • Experience working with Employee Activation Campaigns
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word - creating and editing correspondence.  Excel - creating and
    editing spreadsheets.  PowerPoint - creating and editing PowerPoint).

Preferred experience:

  • Experience working Adobe InDesign
  • Experience working on Marketing Projects
