Director of Product Management

Are you a product management expert? Do you have the capability to develop innovative ideas, convince others to support your ideas and bring them to market?  As a Director of Product Management at Rally Health, you will be tasked with leading a key initiative for the company over the next several years. In this role, you will drive the product expansion, strategy, and roadmap as we build and expand upon Rally’s next generation mobile app to help consumers more effectively navigate the healthcare system. Your overarching focus will be on launching, marketing, and managing this new app - with a relentless focus on the customer and consumer. You should bring strong product oriented thinking combined with communication, analytical, and leadership skills.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of Health Care Experiences to establish and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, setting and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, finance, design, program management, legal, and other internal teams to execute your roadmap
  • Establish and analyze key metrics of user behavior to help make product decisions
  • Grow and lead a best-in-class team of product managers over the next several years
  • Create and drive a strong product culture which understands the importance of continuous and rapid testing and learning
  • Stay on top of all relevant health management and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings
  • Identify partners and business opportunities that will enhance the product offering

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a consumer facing, software product management role
  • Bachelor's degree required, M.B.A. nice-to-have, as is a focus in Computer Science and/or Engineering
  • Experience building apps using React Native a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired as is bringing customer oriented products to market
  • High attention to detail including ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases that can be clearly and easily communicated
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager /owner mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
