Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, your goals are to drive the growth of our user base and increase engagement among existing users. To be successful, you’ll create a clearly defined marketing strategy and manage a team which executes scalable, performance-driven campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the employee benefits landscape, has a passion for data-driven marketing, a test-and-learn mindset, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define B2B2C strategy for driving user growth and engagement to Rally’s eligible base
  • Spearhead development of campaigns to meet strategy
  • Manage team responsible for creating client-specific plans & executing campaign tactics
  • Drive pipeline for new campaigns by working cross functionally and enabling the channel (effective tools, communications, and relationships)
  • Recommend and pilot new direct to employee approaches for user growth and engagement e.g. digital marketing
  • Forecast, analyze, optimize, and report on campaign performance
  • Refine/define campaign process for operational excellence

 

Requirements:

  • Must be a passionate, inspiring and confident leader
  • 8+ years of developing & executing marketing strategy
  • Proven user growth experience
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C; B2B2C experience preferred
  • Experience with employee benefits marketing
  • Understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels
  • Data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • A can-do approach to handling shifting priorities in a constantly changing organization and marketplace
  • Extremely resourceful, highly creative and high energy, able to brainstorm and implement new ideas.
  • Strong writing/presentation building experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment; need to hit the ground running

 

Eduction:

  • BA/BS degree, MBA strongly preferred
