Sales Events Intern

Rally is growing like a weed and we could use your help in our Washington, D.C. office. We have a robust and growing Events program to drive awareness, influence, and sales within our target markets. We need your project management skills and attention to detail to help us flawlessly execute our plans. If you can spot uncrossed t’s and undotted I’s, we want to talk to you.

We offer paid internships to new grads and any students who will graduate with a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree within two years.

  • Pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in Marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects with multiple deliverables (for example, helping with sponsorships by managing timely delivery of logos, company descriptions, headshots, bios, booth forms etc.)
  • Tracking and managing information for booth, hotel, vendors, and attendees
  • Working with our creative team on booth collateral materials
  • Experience tracking and working within a budget
  • Quick learner of project management tools (specifically JIRA)
  • Results oriented and focused on delivering on time and with quality
  • Excellent communication and skills.

And for bonus points:

  • You have used JIRA
  • You have helped plan and execute events and/or sponsorships
