Rally Health is looking for an experienced, solutions­ driven professional with a strong interest and experience in SFDC Development  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and a team-player.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain our salesforce.com instance- Own all technical aspects of salesforce including customization, development, data and Integration.
  • Hands on development on Apex, VF, Lightning.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Handle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Work with team to respond quickly to user requests, provide functional evaluations.
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve our integrations with different systems
  • Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration, testing, and iterative refinement.
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and tools.

The candidate who excels in this position will have an integral role in the SalesForce Development and Administration team and the company, with opportunities for career advancement.

Prior experience with Marketing Cloud, and experience in the healthcare industry is highly desired and prior experience with startups, while not necessary, is a bonus.

Requirement Experience:

 

  • 1+ or more years of Development experience with Salesforce.com, exposure in Sales, Service & Communities domains.
  • Experience in configuring all aspects of salesforce.com to meet business needs 
  • Strong experience with the Force.com developer toolkit: Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, AJAX Toolkit, Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOQL. 
  • Hands-on experience in building integration & interfaces using SFDC Web Services and APIs. 
  • Web development in any current tools i.e. HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, Javascript, JSON, AngularJS, Node.js
  • Certified Salesforce.com Developer (DEV-401), Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer 1, Advanced Developer (DEV 501) or equivalent Salesforce experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Marketing cloud is a plus.

  • Responsive Web Design experience
  • Experience with Market Cloud
