Technical Writer / Instructional Designer
Rally Health ( is looking for a technical writer / instructional designer with project management skills. Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Working directly with the product team to elicit documentation content and status in support of product releases.
  • Applying Rally style to business and client communications to ensure all communications  (e.g., forms, user and training, etc.) are both professional and consistent with corporate identity; contributing to the evolution of Rally style.
  • Gathering, consolidating, and maintaining information on business and technology processes in support of our security and compliance programs.
  • Developing training and awareness programs in support of security and compliance.
  • Helping develop, articulate and communicate overall goals and deliverables.
Here's what you need:
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in technical communication and instructional design.
  • Experience performing process analysis and requirements elicitation as an aspect of technical communication
  • Experience developing and delivering dynamic and engaging training in a healthcare company
  • Experience writing user guides with demonstrated experience interacting with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • 3-4 samples of technical writing--a business process, a policy, a technical procedure, etc.
