Associate Client Support Manager

The Rally Associate Client Support Manager supports the Client Support team in managing day-to-day service delivery for Rally clients and partners. The Rally Associate Client Support Manager can act as an outward facing resource, but is primarily focused on working with internal product-oriented teams on customer issue resolution, operations support, and generalized platform troubleshooting and Q&A, while also gathering and providing product and service feedback into Rally’s Voice of the Customer program.


  • Manages day-to-day service delivery for Rally clients, primarily focused on member and client issue resolution
  • Partners with cross-functional Rally teams to quickly address client needs
  • Uses all available tools and resources to address member and client concerns as quickly as possible
  • Cultivates deep understanding of Rally platform in order to quickly triage and identify systemic issues and respond appropriately
  • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills


  • 1-3 years client management or related experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on requirements interpretation
  • Business minded with strong client engagement skills
  • BS/BA degree in related field or healthcare SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Rally ERT experience preferred but not required
  • Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred but not required
