Proposal Manager

We're looking for an experienced Proposal Manager who will have the opportunity to build this function from the ground up as we continue to grow our pipeline and develop new and innovative products to sell in the marketplace.   • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop responses and documentation to support customer and regulatory IT Security audit requests and recommendations
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop externally facing documentation to support IT Security controls
  • Coordinate all aspects of customer IT Security assessment/audit site visit including engagement of SME/Resources, internal preparation of SMEs, and facilitation of the event
  • Respond to customer and/or regulatory Requests for Information/Requests for Proposal (RFI/RFP) in support of IT and IT Security requirements and inquiries
  • Provide management reporting
  • Develop a proposal timeline process to be followed by the team
  • Build an appropriate proposal team as needed as Rally continues to grow
  • Meet all internal and external deadlines for all RFPs that come in the door
  • Improve upon the internal response database used for RFPs
  • Develop new responses that arise, as needed

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience of technical writing
  • 10+ years of experience in the healthcare space

And for bonus points:

  • Professional editor/editing experience
  • Experience in the technology space
  • Previous audit/compliance experience
