Rally Health is looking for an experienced, solutions­ driven professional with a strong interest and experience in Implementation Project Management.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and a team-player.

Rally Health is seeking an Implementation Project Manager with proven project delivery experience to join their high-performing Client Activation team. This is a client-facing position in a fast-paced, collaborative and deadline-oriented environment. The Rally Health IPM  is assigned the management of complex implementation projects and coordinates, implements and finalizes projects according to specifications and deadlines.   This role leads multiple projects and mentors other project managers in addition to the day‐to‐day management of projects and includes identifying issues and risks and recommending possible issue and risk mitigation strategies associated with the project. 


Requirements for Rally IPM’s:

  • Proactively analyze and identify complex business and or client issues and trends and recommend appropriate actions
  • Manage matrixed resources to ensure that work items are completed within committed delivery timeframe, defined scope and integrated with other dependent projects
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage multiple competing priorities
  • Communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5 - 7+ years experience of successful client-facing project management
  • Current PMI Certification or industry equivalent certification a plus
  • Experience using SDLC, waterfall and Agile project management processes
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Experience with current and breaking web and mobile technologies
  • Ability to manage distributed project teams
  • Solid leadership and decision making abilities
  • Superior communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management software
