Rally Health ( is a leading provider of data-driven tools for consumer health engagement that's revolutionizing health and the face of healthcare. We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team.

Do you have project delivery experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative and deadline oriented environment? You may be our next IPM! As the IPM, you would be working in a client facing role and would be working on complex implementation projects. You will coordinate, implement and finalize projects according to specifications and deadlines to "wow" our clients. You will lead multiple projects and mentor other project managers in addition to the day‐to‐day management of projects and includes identifying issues and risks and recommending possible issue and risk mitigation strategies associated with the project.

Requirements for Rally IPM’s:

  • Provide project and organizational leadership
  • Demonstrates innovation in problem solving
  • Ability to translate data into analytics and to translate analytics into effective guidance and strategy
  • Actively analyze and identify complex business and or client issues and trends and recommend appropriate actions
  • Manage matrixed resources to ensure that work items are completed within committed delivery timeframe, defined scope and integrated with other dependent projects
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage multiple contending priorities
  • Communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to partners and leadership in a timely manner
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Successfully maintain the relationship with client and all partners
  • Define and execute contingency planning and mitigation strategies as necessary

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5 - 7+ years experience of successful client-facing project management
  • Current PMI Certification or industry equivalent certification a plus
  • Experience using SDLC, waterfall and Agile project management processes
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Experience with current and breaking web and mobile technologies
  • Ability to manage distributed project teams
  • Solid leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Superior communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management software
