Love using data to monitor and improve product performance and communicate impact? Want to build a broader product offering that impacts over a million people? You might be our team’s next Data Product Manager for RISC (Rewards, Incentives, Survey, and Campaigns)!

Rally’s Rewards / Incentives team builds the capability to reward over a million consumers for taking actions that make them healthier and happier. With our rewards processing system handling hundreds of millions of dollars a year, we need someone who can work with our data to ensure accuracy, communicate value to our clients, and measure and improve our performance to make sure we’re getting the most bang for our buck.

Our Survey team builds the capabilities to ask consumers about their health and assess the success of our offerings in an easy and engaging way, while our Campaigns motivate consumers to take the actions that will make them healthier and happier.

The Senior Product Manager will be the go-to member of the Product team for use of data to manage and improve these product areas, including data science projects to optimize the impact of our offerings, dashboards to monitor performance, reports and data extracts for reporting and integration with clients and partners, and ad-hoc analyses to investigate and resolve challenges that arise.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize roadmap and backlog for all RISC analytics and reports with input from RISC Feature Product Managers, Account Management, Partners / Clients, and Engineering
  • Define detailed requirements for external reports sent to Partners / Clients and internal reporting and analytics needs (with input from the stakeholders above)
  • Work closely with Data Science and Business Intelligence teams to implement functionality
  • Train and communicate product features and value to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform industry research and manage partner relationships as directed
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance the Rally product offering


  • 4+ years in product management, project management or business analyst role – preferably in SaaS or B2B2C Products with a focus on data, analytics, or business intelligence
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies – plus
  • Familiarity with JIRA - plus
  • Ability to conduct analysis using Excel or Access where appropriate
  • Ability to think through complex logic in detail
  • Ability to read SQL and specify query logic - strong plus (ability to write SQL code not required)
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with a range of stakeholders to understand needs and manage competing perspectives
  • Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage simultaneously competing priorities
  • Adaptable, proactive, energetic, and willing to learn and deliver on a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous product innovation
