Senior Product Manager- CORE

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead a product roadmap from ideation to value delivery
  • Design and Implement the “Connect with Rally” button and revolutionize the healthcare industry.
  • Own, measure, and improve the customer acquisition and engagement funnel across applications
  • Own and modernize data analytics pipeline to support efficacy of our products
  • Work via scrum process with super motivated engineers, project managers and QA folks
  • Define the cross Rally product UX and flows and unify the Rally product suite
  • Improve user experience by demonstrating feedback from support and key Rally partners and clients

Qualifications:

  • Confirmed ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Worked with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Flume etc.
  • Bachelors in computer science, math, data, statistics, financial planning and analysis, or similar fields
  • Proven successful track record of 3-5 years industry experience being a product owner and/or 4-6 years as a business analyst for highly scalable web applications and services
  • Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience building highly scalable applications, serving millions of users and hundreds of transactions per second
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and level-headed
  • Takes initiative and willing to roll up your sleeves to do whatever is necessary
  • Prefer action versus inaction, you are not afraid to be wrong
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • You thrive in a fast paced environment
  • You see ambiguity as a way to forge the future and change the status quo
  • Willing to speak up and fight for what you think is right
