Manager, Client Quality Assurance

Rally Health ( is seeking a Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing Manager to manage a growing team of UAT analysts.  This is a leadership position in a fast-paced, collaborative and deadline-driven environment.

The Manager, Client Quality Assurance, is responsible for driving and the ensuring the overall quality of Rally’s partner and client deliverables. This person is passionate about quality and dedicated to building a team that is laser-focused on ensuring client expectations are met, while pushing our platform to the highest quality levels possible.



  • Build and manage a high performing group of client-facing UAT professionals
  • Identify process, infrastructure and tooling (e.g. automation) gaps and work with internal and external teams to implement solutions
  • Identify and establish partner-facing defect management processes
  • Establish best in class quality assurance processes and protocols e.g. ensuring alignment of quality/test plans to business case/value
  • Define testing and quality metrics; drive consistent utilization
  • Foster a "client-focused" environment while proactively managing client expectations
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships that support a cost-effective, holistic testing framework
  • Ensure availability of internal/external resources needed to complete testing projects e.g. funding and staffing



  • B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other equivalent
  • 5 - 7 years of experience managing a team of UAT professionals (performance planning and review, hiring, talent development, compensation management, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge and application of quality assurance methodology, (TestRail, Positive and Negative Testing) processes and associated automated testing tools
  • Ability to analyze data and procedures to demonstrate that quality requirements are being met


  • Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business
  • Advanced proficiency with JIRA and Test Rail applications
