Manager, Client Quality Assurance

Rally Health ( is seeking a Manager, Client Quality Assurance (CQA) to manage a growing team of client-facing Quality Assurance analysts.  This is a leadership position in a fast-paced, collaborative and deadline-driven environment.


The Manager, CQA, is responsible for for driving and the ensuring the overall quality of Rally’s Enterprise partner and client deliverables. You will be building and managing a team that is laser-focused on ensuring client expectations are met.  You will work with your team to drive process and efficiency across multiple internal organizations as well as interface with external partners contributing to the flawless execution of client deliverables.

This role partners with the Client Delivery team and help bridge the gap between the Engineering, Operations and Product sides of the organization to ensure client expectations are being met, while pushing our platform to the highest quality levels possible.



  • Build and manage a high performing group of client-facing QA analysts
  • Identify process, infrastructure and tooling (e.g. automation) gaps and work with internal and external teams to implement solutions
  • Identify and establish partner-facing defect management processes
  • Establish best in class QA processes and protocols e.g. ensuring alignment of quality/test plans to business case/value
  • Define testing and quality metrics; drive consistent utilization
  • Foster a "client-focused" environment while proactively managing client expectations
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships that support a cost-effective, holistic testing framework
  • Ensure availability of internal/external resources needed to complete testing projects e.g. funding and staffing


  • B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or other equivalent
  • 3+ years  of experience managing a team of UAT professionals (performance planning and review, hiring, talent development, compensation management, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge and application of quality assurance methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools
  • Ability to analyze data and procedures to demonstrate that quality requirements are being met


  • Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business
  • Experience with the following tools:
    • Atlassian (JIRA, WIKI, etc.)
    • Salesforce
    • TestRail
    • Selenium WebDriver
    • Jenkins, GITHUB
