The Sr. Client UAT Manager is responsible for driving and the ensuring the overall quality of Rally’s Enterprise partner and client deliverables. This person is highly motivated to ensure we're creating the right processes and using the right tools to help the UAT organization succeed, including development and tracking of solid metrics. The manager role interacts directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and risks are being identified and mitigated. This role partners with the Client Delivery team and help bridge the gap between the Engineering, Operations and Product sides of the organization to ensure client expectations are being met, while pushing our platform to the highest quality levels possible.



  • Build, manage, and develop a high performing group of client-facing QA professionals
  • Identify process and tooling gaps and work with internal and external teams to implement solutions
  • Work with internal and external teams to identify and establish partner-facing bug triage protocols
  • Partner internally to establish best in class quality assurance processes and protocols
  • Partner with Rally Operations and Enterprise partners to help drive efficient test models while managing testing environment sanity
  • Continue to evolve our automation strategy and establish milestones for improvement
  • Develop and report success metrics
  • Foster a "client-focused" environment while proactively managing client expectations



  • S. degree in computer science or business
  • 5-7 years of direct QA management experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience building features, automated tests, or test frameworks
  • Experience building or testing web application UI and backend
  • Energetic leader who can rapidly learn new concepts and adapt to the changing needs of the team
  • Ability to analyze data and procedures to be sure that quality requirements are being met
  • Ability to use quality assurance and project management software is a plus
  • Experience with Enterprise partnerships preferable
