Sr. Product Manager, Healthcare Experience

Are you an experienced product manager who thrives on solving complex problems? Are you creative, resourceful, and autonomous?  If so, our team is looking for you. We are a small, nimble team within Rally Health working to build the next generation of the healthcare experience. We want to find someone who has built many products- failures and successes- and who is just as excited solving business and technical problems as he or she is in solving user problems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a small team of product managers to build the next generation of the Rally product
  • Work across teams (e.g. engineering, product, sales, marketing, security, legal) to solve a myriad of complex problems in a creative and thoughtful way
  • Oversee and own the overall execution of your set of product features
  • Contribute to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn
  • Stay on top of all relevant health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings

Requirements:

  • FLEXIBILITY. We are a small team trying to do big things. What you are responsible for could change as our needs change. Problems will be thrown at you to solve. We are looking for someone with demonstrated flexibility and a really positive attitude.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a product manager (5 years as a consultant possibly okay too depending on projects)
  • Bachelor's degree required, M.B.A. or background in C.S. nice-to-have
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the concept creation, technical development, and launch of software products
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous product innovation
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies a requirement (experience with Jira a bonus)
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities –
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
