Sr. Product Marketing Manager

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Rally, you will help us in our quest to put health in the hands of the individual. To accomplish this, Rally has developed an integrated digital platform that helps people navigate the health care system by evaluating and choosing benefits, getting and staying healthy, and when needed, finding and pricing the best care for them. We are excited about what we’ve accomplished, but there is more to do!

As part of the product marketing team, one of your primary areas of contribution will be enabling sales through our channels, with a particular emphasis on influencing benefits leaders at mid-to large employers. This will include developing a deep understanding of our audiences and creating the necessary assets and sales tools to enable our sales team. You will also have a role in go to market planning and execution for our existing products, where you’ll work cross-functionally within Rally and with our partners to ensure smooth rollouts of new product benefits and functionality. Additionally, you’ll work with other marketing leaders to ensure our website content and user experience provides value for visitors and drives leads.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Arm our Sales team. You’ll work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing/Design to create decks, collateral, and other sales tools that clearly articulate Rally’s value proposition, build the pipeline, and accelerate sales through the funnel
  • Make sure our products make a splash. For our existing product lines, you’ll dive into our roadmaps and launch new features and benefits to our various audiences, including sales and channel partners. This will include creating communication plans, work plans, and collateral pieces to drive product registration, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Help us present ourselves to the world. We’ve recently totally overhauled our website, and are excited about its new capabilities. You’ll work with the rest of the Marketing team to highlight our products, programs, and content and ensure the site stays fresh.

Who You Are:

  • A pro. 7+ years of full-time product marketing experience including roles responsible for supporting a business-to-business sales team
  • A team player. A can-do approach to handling shifting priorities in a constantly changing organization and marketplace
  • A good communicator. Strong writing/presentation building experience
  • An organizer. Project management skills and experience
  • A graceful juggler. Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment; need to hit the ground running
  • A geek at heart. Able to analyze information and create actionable insights


Healthcare and/or Employer Benefits experience preferred.
