Product Strategy Analyst

Rally Health is looking for an energetic and driven Product Strategy Analyst to join the Product Operations Team. As a Product Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for researching the competitive and market space, summarizing and communicating that research plus our current product strategy and support process improvements. Ideal candidates will be customer service focused, have a strong attention to detail, and be team-oriented.

Required Skills

  • Analytics, insights and relationship building
    • Possesses an analytical mind that can spot trends, occurrences and outliers, and uncovers the causal events leading to outcomes. Integrates patterns into a cohesive story.
    • Proactively seeks additional analyses to flesh out findings, and is hungry to get to valuable information using a variety of research techniques.
    • Maintains relationships with SMEs within the company and outside who can help with insight generation.
    • Informs research recommendations with a personal point of view.
  • Communication skills
    • Capable of presenting point of view clearly and briefly via written and verbal communication.
    • Creates presentations, notes and other deliverables in a timely fashion, and focuses on the insights with supporting data where appropriate (versus narrating what has occurred, reviewed etc.)
    • Tailors communication approach depending on audience.
    • Writes concisely, insightfully and effortlessly with minimal editorial support.
  • Business problem solving skills
    • Reframes requests to maximize their value even when the requests come from difficult constituents.
    • Prioritizes along with manager to focus on most time sensitive and impactful requests.
  • Organizational
    • Manages projects by creating project plans/timelines, tracking workstreams, following up on key deliverables, and updating key stakeholders on progress to date regularly.
    • Records meeting notes, summarizing only key decisions and follow ups, and omitting inconsequential discussion lines.

  • Research intuition: spots likely spaces where valuable information is likely to reside.  Goes after them in a resourceful way and without hesitation.
  • Experience working in technology and healthcare: understands the intersection of healthcare and technology and is aware of the broad trends occuring in the marketplace.
  • Passion for always improving self: constantly seeks ways to improve work product, actively taking into consideration manager feedback.
  • Proven effectiveness: Proven success working collaboratively in a matrixed organization. Must be adaptable, proactive, energetic, and willing to learn and deliver on a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
